TelEvolution has developed a platform for the provisioning and delivery of Voice 2.0 Voice over IP (VoIP) services. Our unique design breaks up the telephony experience into atomic components called Service Elements, which can then be re-mixed in innovative ways to produce new user experiences. All TelEvolution services are themselves assembled from the service element building blocks.

Telephony as Marketplace

TelEvolution embraces a unique "Telephony as marketplace" notion, where outside services meet customers and rent the underlying infrastructure. This approach is a means for everyone to make more money by giving customers real value and real choice, not just "me too, but cheaper".

Enabling Third-Party Services

The TelEvolution solution dramatically lowers the innovation barriers, and enables large numbers of third-party developers to offer applications directly to the Telco's customers. In this scenario, the innovation risk is spread across a portfolio, and the economic costs and benefits are shared between the network operator and the application provider. Web services are used at key interface points to inter-connect key business functions between TelEvolution and partner. TelEvolution's proprietary back-office technology and customized CPE at the edge provides the bridge into the underlying telephone carrier's infrastructure.
