Website Visitation Privacy Policies

TelEvolution may collect certain information from visitors to the TelEvolution web site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems and to administer the TelEvolution web site in order to constantly improve quality. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

Cookies are files Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive. They are used to help us authenticate visitors and provide timesaving shortcuts and preferences. TelEvolution uses a persistent encrypted cookie, if the user requests, to save and retrieve individual authentication information as well as other per-client device preferences. When a visitor follows a link to the TelEvolution web site from an affiliate or promotion, TelEvolution stores information about that affiliate or promotion in a session cookie. Acceptance of these cookies is optional. TelEvolution issues a mandatory session cookie to each user of the web site only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. If you reject this cookie, access to and usage of the web site will be denied.

How We Protect the Privacy of Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect or use information obtained from a child under the age of 13, and we will not ever do so without first obtaining the consent of the child's parents. It may be difficult for us to identify the age of individuals who access our web site, so we employ the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. If we determine that a child under the age of 13 has accessed our web site, we will respond to that child only to seek parental consent. If, however, a parent or guardian determines that a child has provided us with personally-identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian can contact us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities by emailing us at

Potential Sale of Company and Information Impact

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, user information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that TelEvolution sells all or substantially all of its assets, user information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Miscellaneous Information

In the event that these policy terms conflict with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these terms of use will remain valid and intact. The failure of either party to assert any right under these terms of use shall not be considered a waiver of that party's right, and that right will remain in full force and effect. You agree that, without regard to any statute or contrary law, that any claim or cause arising out of your participation in the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arose, or else the claim shall be forever barred.
